I’m Melanie Tremain – a marketing and tech VA helping business owners stay visible, organised, and in control, without the overwhelm.

I specialise in supporting business owners who are brilliant at what they do, but don’t have the time to keep up with their marketing or systems. From scheduling social media posts and creating email campaigns to managing Meta Ads or keeping content flowing, I help make sure your marketing gets done — consistently and with care.

I also support the behind-the-scenes tech that keeps your business moving. That includes setting up and managing CRM systems, e-commerce platforms, learning management tools, automation, and AI-based systems like ChatGPT or Claude. If you need help getting your tech stack working smoothly (or just understanding what you actually need), I can help.

Admin is part of the mix too. Whether it’s inbox management, scheduling or day-to-day organisation, I’m here to take tasks off your plate and give you back some headspace.

With over 20 years of experience, I’ve built a reputation for being the reliable one in the background – calm, capable, and always working with your business goals in mind. I now work remotely with clients across the UK, offering practical, flexible support that fits around how you work.

I live in Kent and I’m an uber-proud mum to two grown-up sons. When I’m not working, you’ll usually find me with a strong cup of tea in hand, writing a to-do list that includes things I’ve already done (just for the satisfaction of ticking them off), binge watching Netflix, the occasional baking session, and a good walk that ends in a pub lunch. Add in a bit of yoga or a night at the theatre, and that’s my idea of balance.
